Mission

My goal is to help YOU lead a full life through an integrative process of strategies and tools of  Neuro-linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Vibrational Medicine (energy work). I guide clients to dive deep into the unconscious mind to search, explore and discover limiting negative thought patterns and beliefs to resolve or transform lingering issues and heal wounds. 

I also facilitate mindful exercises that help the body self regulate emotionally, and teach techniques to access feedback from the body to obtain profound states of awareness.

In addition, I guide with processes and strategies to overcome obstacles and struggles with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Self Doubt, Trauma or Hypnosis for Phobias.

Moreover; one of my favorite areas to work with - Emotions. I help guide clients to develop and manage emotional skills efficiently to Improve quality of Life and relieve suffering! In addition, I teach exercises to help self regulate the nervous system. These exercises help in relieving emotional hijacks, and recuperating quicker out of stuck emotional states.

This work is also very effective with Adolescents. They thrive through the creative visualization processes.

There is an 18 hour coaching program available that assists you in designing the Life of your Dreams.  The program provides a comprehensive organized and structured blueprint plan to follow and execute focusing in one of these areas of life i.e. Career, Family, Overall Life, Self, Relationship, & Health.
